Hey gals, here is my success story. I have dropped 2 dress size and lost huge inches, feeling fresh, positive and active. Thank you Sherry and all the beautiful members for being there and showing such enthusiasm and sporting our motivation throughout the challenges. I was diagnosed with PCOS 3 months back and since then I am on medication. Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), this hormone imbalance makes it harder to lose and easier to gain weight. However, I was able loose weight and size. This program has taught me to be in a habit of regular exercise, plenty of water intake and eating healthy food. I have learned that - consistency is the key to maintain your weight and being healthy. Our bodies can get used to what we’re eating and we need to add variety in our food. Going from a size 10 to a size 8 was definitely something I would have never dreamt off. Having more self confidence as well as an entirely new feeling of lots of energy.

I am writing here to express my gratitude and love for Sherry Bali movement to postive and healthy life style empowerment for women . I have been with Sherry since 8thJan and I have committed to eating the healthy way – I refuse to call it a diet. Love the diet plan which is made intellectually based on scientific reasoning and cultural and western food choices. In 2 challenges I’ve lost total 6 kg but it’s not just about the weight, this program has changed my mindset dramatically, the way I see and eat food, the way I interact with my family and most importantly how I feel about myself. Portion and craving control were my biggest weaknesses which I have good control over now. My will power got strong. I have achieved my weight loss target in the last challenge only but would love to continue healthy eating habit. I'm now only 800 gms more than my pre pregnancy weight. Tummy part still shows as I have a 10cm fibroid in my uterus 😏 I have learnt to put myself in the priority list after starting the first challenge. I used to put my self at the bottom of priorities list before, in cooking for myself, eating healthy foods, exercise etc etc Always have given priority to kids. If kids dunno eat what I make, give them other options and always ready to cook but for myself nothing πŸ‘Ž Open the pantry and munch on junk foods 🀐 This program is so much more than getting fit and losing weight, it’s about learning to love yourself and about saying it is ok not to be perfect because perfect isn’t reality and the investment in myself is beyond measure. I’m totally committed to this and can’t wait for the next round to get more fitter and stronger than ever. I will keep motivating all of my friends, families and community around. Reason I joined Sherry Bali❓

After my first baby I went through a Chronic Illness and was paralysed & bed ridden for 4 months. Then I was put on high doses of steroids 50mg per day and side effects of this was rapid weight gain, and massive food cravings specially sweets and a so called 'Moon Face' which I had no control over. Anything I tried including keto diet was a failure and I did not see the number on the scale going down rather up each time. This post is not about me boasting but to motivate all those who give up on weight and health issues post 40 yrs. Since past two years I faced lot of health and weight issues and to add on there were all demotivating factors around me: - hypothyroidism - criticism by people around about my weight gain - thyroid doc says that it is impossible to lose weight now and prescribes some stupid weight loss injections - various diets will only help now- keto, dixit, etc etcπŸ™„ -only a personal trainer will help - post 40 weight loss is impossible - spondylitis is incurable But i guess its all about believing in yourself, knowing your own body metabolism, a good balance of eating right, good work out and positivity and see the difference of 12 kgs weight loss within 6 months with no doc consultation, no weird diets, no personal trainer... Rest all is a myth.. spondylitis under control very much So today I thank my supporters- my universe, my hubby, my Physiotherapist and Sherry Bali to motivate me and guide me towards eating right and being positive.. gratitude πŸ™πŸΌ

I joined this fitness challenge to be a part of a group of likeminded individuals who have a common goal HEALTHπŸ’ͺ🏻.Required a proper guidance and motivation. Thanks all fellow group members, who also motivated and kept me going throughout with various posts, shares, likes etc… πŸ’•β£οΈ During this challenge I’ve lost 1.5 kg and 2 inches around the body. Now my body has started toning again and I feel much happier, lighter and skin feels good.πŸ’ƒπŸΌ Life is very fair to all since we all have 24 hours in a day. Then it’s up to an individual how we utilise it. I am a full time IT consultant working mum of a 5.5 year old active son, who’s at school. My day begins early at 5:30-5:45am. Since I do my meal prep on weekends- Already shared pics on group it’s become a bit easier to cook. Evening 30 mins of exercises [2-3 days during weekdays]. My hubby and son used to join too. That’s usually a family time for us. Exercises and cooking sometimes is simultaneously as while my veggies, curries, pasta, couscous and rice etc is cooking I am dancing, jumping, 5 mins abs, yoga etc.πŸ’ͺ🏻 One of my office colleague was so motivated with the activities and food pictures that I took, started getting up early and practicing yoga saying while you drive to office, let me atleast exercise. I would also thank my husband and my son who helped me throughout the journey. Doing my affirmations every day and maintain gratitude journal for positivity. I am committed to myself, my health. Hence would like to /can share this positivity to my family and all. Believe healthy mind helps us to be happy. I learned so many things being in group and I loved every single day of the challenge. List of Positive Things : 1) I finally started drinking water which was only 2-3 glasses before to 3 litres every day 2) I had tea and coffee only 3 times during the whole (month) challenge and I survived. Otherwise before if I don’t have caffeine I started feeling headache. 3) I am able to maintain my weight which was increasing everyday ... i reduce my weight from 56kg to 54.5 kg 😘... I did not measure inches but am sure I reduce few inches too. 4) I am confident and motivated that I can reduce 2 kg more without starving and eating right being with like minded girls. 5) I learn so many new things, dishes in the process. 6) From grumpy 😑 to happy 😊 looking pic 7) Last but not least challenge itself is so reasonable cost as compared to other that anyone can have it without thinking much about the cost and you can feel comfortable with indian dishes and it’s fusion and no protein shakes. I am very happy that I have joined this challenge. I was happy with my weight 54kg before challenge but wanted to loose my belly fat so I decided to join this challenge. I enjoyed each single day of this challenge. Before challenge I was not happy with my tummy fat but now I can see the difference, I have lost some inches and 3 kg from this challenge. Before challenge my weight was 54.3 kg and now 51.3 kg specially thanks to Sherry Bali and all the girls for your motivation and support. In this challenge I never felt like giving up as menu is very flexible for busy and working mum. Honestly speaking I didn't follow 100% in this challenge but still I am very happy with my weight lost and couple of inches. I am really happy that I have joined this challenge. I was happy with my weight(55kg) but I was more interested to loose fat from tummy. When I clicked photo on 1st day, I was not happy with my photo. Now I am so happy and I am able to see the difference. I have lost few inches from everywhere. I have lost 3.8kg from this challenge. My weight(51.2kg) is less then my pre-pregnancy weight. Frankly speaking I haven’t followed 100% and still I am amazed by the results.I’ll definitely recommend this challenge to everyone who is keen to loose weight. Hello all beautiful ladies!!! I have been with Sherry Bali since the October 22nd challenge. I started with a weight of 67.2 kgs and always felt fatigued. I was looking at lots of excuses to not go for a walk or exercise. I am also a vegetarian, non smoker and non drinker, not even wine . With consistency and perseverance and of course support from Sherry, I hit 65.2 kgs in November. The best thing that happened was till 8th Jan, I did not put on any weight. This challenge, I have lost 1 kg, 2 inches overall. I weigh 64.2 now but my tummy has started to shrink and my face is less like a swollen watermelon😁😁 I feel energetic and not bloated. My mind keeps thinking of healthy options in food and snacks. To top the list, I am an asthmatic and the use of asthalin inhalers has reduced greatly. I have put my before and after pictures. The top used to be snug and I hated to wear it. But now it fits beautifully and even loose enough for me to breathe properly. AND I WILL BE 50 TOMORROW. IF I CAN DO IT, YOU ALL CAN TOO. put nearly 20 kgs on after my pregnancy but after a lot of exercises (cardio, strength training, HIIT classes) spending 2 hrs in Gym mostly everyday and by following very strict diet I lost all of it in 5 months which amazed every one (from 78 kgs to 58.5 kgs). But last year my in-laws visited us here in Australia and stayed with us for 6 months which made me a little lazy. When they were leaving were weighing their luggage and I checked my weight as well. When i came to Melbourne i was 62 kg and ate anything (Tim Tam was my favourite thing). I put on weight after my pregnancies, I tried several diets but I never saw long term results. I put on all the weight back soon. I was very frustrated and felt tired all the time.
